Aqua Yoga Dee is the first certified Aqua Yoga teacher on the Gold Coast. Come and try in February for free! Tuesdays 6am at Palm Beach Parklands Lagoon -$12 a class. Aqua yoga is an extremely gentle form of exercise. It combines the calming and soothing properties of water with all the traditional benefits of land based yoga. People are now starting to enjoy the effectiveness of combining Yoga with the medium of water, utilizing the water’s properties to gain maximum benefits from each pose. |

Ahhh Sleep! How's yours? Most of us wish for a better, longer or more restful nights sleep. In fact it is reported in Australia that 1 in 5 of us get less than six hours sleep a night! WOW! A common term for disrupted sleep is Insomnia. An insomniac is commonly thought of as being unable to sleep at all but insomnia refers to the quality and length of sleep you get in a night including- difficulty falling asleep; waking up frequently during the night with difficulty returning to sleep; waking up too early in the morning; or unrefreshing sleep. |
